I have not received any email updates have you shipped my order?
All orders will receive email updates, If you have not yet received an email then please check your junk
mailbox as some emails seem to be directed there. You may also log in to your account and see the
status of your order at any time.
Why is my payment been declined?
This is a question you need to call your card issuer for, We do not decline or accept payments your card
issuer gives us the accept or decline status to all orders, If your purchase is international please note
that some credit & debit cards are set up for domestic use only and will not allow international
transactions however normally you can call your card issuer and authorise the payment.
How long should my order take to arrive?
UK orders will normally arrive the very next business day if ordered before 12am on weekdays (1st
Class). International orders will take a little longer, to Europe the average shipping time is 3 - 7 business
days and the rest of the world 7 - 12 business days.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes we can give you an individual quote for any order, please contact us and we can arrange the best
method for you and give you a quote.
Do you sell wholesale products?
Yes, multiple kilograms & drums (25kg) – no order is too big, contact us for a quote.
Do you accept Paypal?
No we do not accept Paypal, the reason been its against Paypal's terms and conditions and anyone
using Paypal to take payment for Research Chemicals.
Is your company legit?
The answer is yes we are 100% legit, You can search online for online reviews and rating left by past
customers, they are easy enough to come by.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are package very discreetly in padded, no mention of products names or the website name on
the out side of the packages.
How can you guarantee my order will arrive to my address?
If your order does not arrive we will simply reship it free of charge after 14 days, please note we will only
allow 1 free reship and its your responsibly to check legalities, if the package has been taken by
customs because its not legal in your country or your package was not a recorded tracked package then
you will NOT qualify for any free reship.
My order has not arrived yet can you call the mail service and see why its delayed?
No we do not call or chase up orders until the 21 days period as passed and we will simply just reship
the order and then we will file a claim for a lost package, calling the courier service will not get any
answers, we will only get the same information as it reads on your tracking details.
Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes all orders are supplied with a tracking number unless you select the no tracking option (if you
require this contact us).
Do you have a product’s not listed on your website ?
We can source most products in any quantity, If they is a product you are interested in you can contact
us for more information, we will only source products not listed on our website if the order is 250g or
What courier service do you use?
For all standard orders we use Royal Mail we also use Parcel Force Global Express for larger
international orders, we sometimes use EMS, UPS, TNT for wholesale orders if coming direct from our
manufacturing Laboratory in the EU or Asia.
I have seen prices cheaper then yours on another website, will you price match?
Yes as long as the website is a trusted, reputable UK vendor.
I am a regular customer can I have a discount?
No, we will decide when we offer discounts and normally you will be notified by email so be sure to
